How does one-to-one coaching work?

Research has shown that the most important factor in whether coaching is effective is the relationship between you and your chosen coach. For that reason, I do not accept any new clients without first having a free 30 minute discovery call. This gives you a chance to find out more about my coaching sessions and packages and me a chance to find out more about you, what has brought you to coaching and whether we feel a series of coaching sessions would be beneficial.

After the initial discovery call, if we choose to work with each other I offer three different packages for coaching sessions which can be seen below. Which of these is most suitable will depend entirely on your circumstances and what you wish to gain from the coaching relationship. I can talk you through each package, including which I would recommend for you and the investment for each during our discovery call.

Coaching sessions can take place over Zoom, Skype, phone call or face-to-face at a mutually agreed location.

PACKAGES

6-SESSION PACKAGE

  • 6 x 60 minute one-to-one coaching sessions with me.

  • Sessions are recommended to occur every week or every two weeks and must be used within 3 months.

  • Ideal for clients with a specific area they'd like to focus on or short-term goal.

9-SESSION PACKAGE

  • 9 x 60 minute one-to-one coaching sessions with me.

  • Sessions are recommended to occur every week or every two weeks but must be used within 4.5 months.

  • Ideal for clients looking to be coached on a deeper level in support of long lasting change or transformation.

ROLLING PACKAGE

  • Ongoing one-to-one coaching sessions with me, for a minimum of 10 sessions.

  • Sessions are recommended to occur every week, every two weeks or every month.

  • Stop whenever you want after 10 sessions.

  • Ideal for clients that would benefit from ongoing support and a continuous coaching relationship.
