MOVE CLOSER TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE

OPTIMISE YOUR PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING

FIND CLARITY AND COMPASSION

Hi there! I'm Ellie.

I am a transformational coach, mentor, and mental health advocate (and informally, a dog-obsessed, yoga-loving country girl). I have a first-class BSc in psychology and have trained as a transformational coach with Animas, Centre for Coaching.

Through my one-to-one sessions, I provide millennials with a safe space to discuss and explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and use evidence-based techniques to support them in making long-lasting transformational changes and optimise their psychological wellbeing.

Feeling stressed? Confused? Overwhelmed? Stuck? I get it. I know what it’s like to feel confused, lost, and paralysed by overwhelm and anxiety during this period of life. Having spent most of my teens and early twenties totally unsure of who I was and what I wanted, in addition to being a perfectionist and people-pleaser, I have experienced the damage this can do to your mental health first hand.

Following my own experience with depression and anxiety, I made a conscious decision to invest in myself and make my wellbeing a priority. In doing so, I have left my 9-5 (aka 7-7) city job and have achieved more in the past few years than I did in the two decades before.

Whether you need a space to discuss what’s on your mind, someone to highlight and gently challenge your limiting beliefs and behaviours, time to explore your options and ideas properly,  or support in setting goals and breaking them down into manageable chunks, I am here to support you and keep you on track through the highs and lows. The first step is to make a conscious and committed decision and say ‘yes’ to investing in your wellbeing. I work with clients online, over the phone, or face to face, so don't let your location stop you reaching out.

After struggling with my own mental health crisis, I made a conscious decision to make my wellbeing a priority. After quitting my 9-5 job and investing in myself, I have been able to recognise and challenge my own self-sabotaging tendencies, have more compassion for myself (and others) and ultimately move closer to where I want to be in my life.

I believe you have all the resources to do the same and I want to support you in recognising and utilising them in order to make long-lasting improvements to your life, work, relationships and above all, your psychological wellbeing.
